This new exhibition will present the work of the generation of Indian painters who settled in postwar Britain and formed the Indian Painters Collective (1963) - the first professional body of its kind outside of India.
A catalogue will accompany this exhibition tracing the IPC's seminal 1964 'Six Indian Painters' exhibition at India House and evolution into the Indian Artists UK (IAUK) in 1978.
